Went there (Pacifico, Yokohama) upon invitation by my UPM lecturer.Jumpa pulak another UPM lecturer, lagi rancak boraknya.....6 years tak jumpa..Berbaloi gilers ! Thanks Prof K and Dr Z. -Ada fitness break in between workshops....dah lama tak exercise and buat stretching...`Kruk krak kruk krak` bunyi sendi2 and `tulang belalang`ku...Lagu`Save the Last Dance` pulak tu, lagi lah rancak mak ! -Jumpa BANSOREICHA (sugar free tea made from guava leaves recommended for those concerned about their blood sugar level)........Verdict : Rasa daun...Yikes ! -Exhibition hall ada banyak free drinks and food....wargghhh...mengugat keimananku !! -Was suprised to see that each prefecture in Nihon has their own dietetic association....Sangat impressed ! Met a Malaysian Prof and her student couldnt make it so I get to take in his seat.Woohooo...Learned a lot..different aspects and areas of medicine from 52 experts around the world...Many blondies...rasa cam kat negara omputih pulak.. Went for my monthly check-up and doc kat tulang peha baby panjang ! At Narita airport yesterday, our arrival disambut dengan tepukan gemuruh and orang ramai yang beriya2 ambik gambar....siap ada cameraman bagai.....wow, rasa famous sekejap....... haha...ye lah tu....bukan kitoranglah....Rupanya ada squad Nihon (ladies) baru menang gold medal main apatah, sampai sama2 ngan kitorang....kihkihkih....
